ESTATE PLANNING

My Estate Planning practice focuses on providing an estate plan that suits the wants and needs of each client.  There is no single estate plan that addresses the needs of all clients.  The proper estate plan is determined through open discussion in which I help clients understand their choices and goals.  Once identified, I draft the appropriate documents to put the client’s wishes into effect.

A basic estate plan typically consists of a Will, a Durable Power of Attorney, and an Advanced Medical Directive.  Aragon Law can also prepare revocable and irrevocable trusts.  Testamentary tax planning can also be provided.


REAL ESTATE

Aragon Law provides a broad range of Residential and Commercial Real Estate-related services, ranging from reviewing purchase agreements, commercial and residential evictions, to transferring title in connection with probates. I assist clients in buying, selling, and transferring real property.  I also help clients in leasing and managing real property.
